Jude Law in “Skeleton Crew” and more stars from a galaxy far, far away
Scenario
Four children make a mysterious discovery on their home planet that leads to them becoming lost in a strange and dangerous galaxy. The holographic circus that entertains Neel’s young siblings is the same one Chewbacca’s family sees in the infamous “Star Wars Holiday Special” (1978).

Knowing this series will receive a lot of hate because of the ups and downs of recent Star Wars series, I’m happy to say this is an uptick. So far…
Again, nothing new, but intriguing nonetheless, and I’m looking forward to watching more
The first two episodes don’t break any new ground, nor are they very original, but that doesn’t matter as the series delivers on everything well. The cast and their acting are great, the costumes and set design are probably the best we’ve seen since Andor, the writing, particularly the hilarious banter between the kids, was good.
It gives me strong Treasure Planet vibes
As someone who hasn’t liked the recent Star Wars series myself, I was surprised by Skeleton Crew. I really hope anyone who is even the slightest bit interested, or even annoyed, with the recent series gives it a chance.
